Obviously excellent location to ski fields, great staff, good ski storage facilities, good lunch options. super hot shower! Well priced dinner buffet.

The outdoor onsen is very relaxing when quiet, and typical of Prince hotels, although this hotel is older than some we’ve stayed at. The views are incredible and we have never really experienced snow like this it was simply amazing! Excellent staff pre and during stay. Big rooms.

Ski in ski out. Easy access to both Shizukuishi and Tazawako ski fields (especially if you have access to your own car). Excellent onsen! Love the views to the koi pond and sloping woodlands behind the pond. Room are spacious and comfortable.
